Bahá’í Faith – Suzanne Mahon

Suzanne Mahon is member of the Bahá’í Faith which began about 200 years ago with the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh.
Their vision was to unify society and to end discrimination of all kind.
As Suzanne explains in this interview, men and women were compared to the wings of a bird – both are equally needed and need to be in balance: “until women are provided equal status to men, humanity cannot advance or progress“.
The Bahá’í community is organising a series of conferences from early May to early June that are happening around Aotearoa. They are open to all well-wishers of humanity https://conferences.bahai.org.nz
