Jocelyn Armstrong, founding Chair of the Religious Diversity Centre, is a retired secondary school teacher, former ecumenical leader, inter-faith educator, researcher and writer; Christian. Jocelyn also acted as the Executive Director of the RDC prior to her stepping down from all roles from the beginning of 2024. Here work in establishing the RDC and passing on her vision has been recognised with the conferring of a Kings Service Order companionship in the 2024 New Years Honours, and more recently with an award from the Pearl of Islands Foundation at a public event at Parliament Buildings.
