On Monday 26 August four interfaith representatives presented the interfaith submission on the Zero Carbon Bill to the Select Committee.

The Religious Diversity Centre DC has been pleased to support the development of this substantive and positive submission on the Bill and of the gathering of signatories to it. We thank Dr Paul Blaschke for the time and organisation he has put into the making of such an excellent submission.

Accompanied by a larger interfaith group, the group making the presentation to the Select Committee comprised Dr Paul Blaschke, Wellington (Progressive Jewish), Bishop Richard Randerson, Wellington and Auckland (Anglican) Dr Mary Eastham, Palmerston North (Catholic) and Teanau Tuiono, Palmerston North (Baha’i, Ngāi Takoto, Ngāpuhi, Atiu).
